2. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payments
• Technical failure preventing platform access (if unresolved)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Partial usage of subscription
• Completed event usage
• Change of mind

4. GST Compliance

Refunds will be processed in compliance with GST laws. GST adjustments will be made through proper credit notes where applicable.
