1. Platform Description

X10X.in is a subscription-based web application for managing archery events including:

• User management
• Automated target assignments
• Elimination pairings
• Real-time scoring
• Reports and certificate generation

2. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• GST and tax regulations

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining login credentials and ensuring authorized use.

4. Subscription & GST

• Subscriptions are billed as per selected plan.
• Applicable GST will be charged.
• Invoices will be issued as per Indian taxation rules.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Manipulate scoring data
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Upload malicious code

6. Data Protection Addendum

For events hosted on the platform:

• Organizers control participant data.
• X10X.in processes data only to provide services.
• Data breach notifications will be provided where required.
• Users must ensure lawful consent for uploaded participant data.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, templates, and automation systems are the intellectual property of Abhay Archery Academy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect data entry, event mismanagement, or external system failures.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie in courts of Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
